Join us for a summer of exciting outdoor adventures at Sunset Lake Summer Camp! Our camps are designed to be imagined as an expedition up a mountain. With each summer, new and unexpected adventures await, while each step of the journey shapes our campers to be the leaders in life that God calls them to be. Not only is camp a blast, but it’s often life-changing for our campers.
The Ranch
Horsemanship is the most popular activity at Sunset Lake year-round. Our herd of horses live at camp and are tended to by our horsemanship program director and instructor. Sunset Lake offers groups rides, lessons, and horse-themed events. We would love to see you at The Ranch this year!
Sunset Lake is a residential summer camp and retreat center set on 400 acres in the beautiful foothills of Mount Rainier. Since 1957, we have existed to invite campers and guests to experience the grace of God through inclusive community and outdoor adventures.
Retreat Center
With meeting spaces for up to 500 and beds for 300, our facilities can accommodate medium to large groups for a day or a full weekend event. Sunset Lake has served the need of churches, youth groups, schools, and civic organizations for over 60 years.
