About our program

Horsemanship is the most popular activity at camp, and you can participate all year! Our herd of over 16 horses lives at camp year-round and are tended to by our horsemanship program director and instructor. Follow the horsemanship program on social media to stay up to date with the latest program updates and meet our amazing herd. Lessons

Our horseback riding lesson program offers a safe and exciting environment for beginner to intermediate riders. The program is based on a 10-level curriculum that lets riders earn certificates as they progress! Lessons take place in a large outdoor arena and our horses have a range of abilities from jumping to barrel racing, so you can learn different riding styles depending on your interests. Our experienced and enthusiastic instructor makes each lesson fun and engaging, while also helping riders build confidence and improve their abilities.

 
 

Trail Rides

Our seasoned horses can take you for a relaxing ride through our ten acres of beautiful forest trails. Trail rides are offered during the retreat season, weather permitting.
